Haz de viviendas, haz de luz, haz de mar.

Haz Eivissa en uno de sus lugares más alejados del centro, haz que sea sostenible.

Haz, construye y continúa con la experiencia acumulado con las arias. Demos continuidad a la iniciativa del IBAVI en Formentera, que construye con mucho respeto.

Respeto por el medio ambiente, por eI conocimiento local y par la tecnología qua busca mejorar el mundo.

En este sentido recogemos el testigo, damos continuidad a la experiencia, profundizamos en las elementos constructivos y buscamos nuevos límites.

Aprovechamos esta tierra privilegiada rodeada de ese mar para construir el mejor hábitat posible, accesible y universal.

Mirando al mar, en sombra, disfrutando de la brisa que atraviesa la vivienda.

También aprovechando las raices, lo que sale de ellas que nos comunica con el pasado y el entorno rural.

De nuevo sombra y verde, y en primavera las almendros en flor.

Calidad de vida, que no falte, con las recursos disponibles vayamos a par el máxima posible.

Design notes

A place to live, a beam of light, a flash from the sea.

Make a place, Haz Eivissa, in one of the locations furthest from the centre. Make it sustainable.

Make it, build it, use our experience. Let’s follow in the steps of IBAVI on Formentera, which builds with respect.

Respect for the environment, local knowledge and technology that aims to make the world a better place.

We gather testimony, continue the experience, go deeper into the building elements and pursue new limits.

We take advantage of this privileged land, surrounded by the sea, to build the best possible habitat – both accessible and universal.

Looking out on to the sea, in the shade, delighting in the breeze that flows through the dwelling.

And making use of roots, what comes from them and connects us with the past and the rural environment.

Green and shade once again, and in spring, almond tree blossom.

Quality of life; let’s protect it. With the resources that are available, let’s hit the highest possible heights.
